Examples include but not limited to: online access, CRM, client onboarding, future advisory capabilities, docusign. Delivery of tools to business areas involves planning, strategy development and tactical decision-making for the firm; work in partnership to execute objectives and activities with other directors; ensure prudent use of the firm's financial resources; participate in resource allocation for best interests of the Canada business unit and Edward Jones enterprise (one firm); develop and implement a personnel structure that supports successful achievement of objectives in their specific area of responsibilities; Operate within a matrix environment, and build strong partnerships across centralized services (change, PMO, Global tech and Digital teams). Navigate the firms ecosystem for getting large programs and projects completed - FPGG and stay current on how these systems and capabilities evolve over time.
