Educational services include the development, coordination, and/or instruction of educational programs designed to meet the needs of the professional and non-professional personnel and which are in accordance with the goals and objectives of the hospital, applicable state Nursing Practice Acts, ANA standards of Practice and the generic and unit based structure standards.
