We are looking for a Junior Estimator to join our team! The Jr Estimator will be assisting the Sr Estimator in putting proposals for public and private construction projects, along with assembling complete bid packages and proposals to efficiently, successfully, and profitably obtain and complete assigned construction projects. This position reports to the Sr Estimator.
Develop estimates from various types of bid documents and specifications Ensure thorough and accurate quantity takeoffs. Thoroughly read plans and specifications and review for accurate scope of work and means & methods assessment. Visit proposed job sites (local\regional only) Attend pre-bid meetings Obtain owner sign-off on all bids before submittal Understand and be able to account for factors outside company control which will impact the final bid package Other duties as assigned

Qualifications: A heart to serve patients and families and a passion for providing the best possible careEducation: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current state license as a registered nurse Experience: 2+ years of nursing experience in a clinical care setting (hospice experience preferred) Required: Reliable transportation.
