Process Improvement & Technology Integration: Leverage Bluebeam and CAD tools to improve take-off accuracy, collaboration, and documentation.Utilize Salesforce and estimating software to manage bid pipelines and ensure data integrity.Continuously seek out efficiencies and automation to improve the estimating workflow and reduce turnaround times. Minimum Qualifications: 8+ years of experience in electrical estimating with a focus on large-scale electrical infrastructure including EV charging.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams and present to clients.Ability to interpret and analyze electrical, civil, and structural drawings for complex projects.Expertise in CAD design (AutoCAD, Revit, or similar) and Bluebeam Revu for drawing review, markup, and take-offs.Experience with electrical systems, power distribution, and complex site electrical designs.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and cloud-based project management platforms.Experience managing multi-million-dollar bids and navigating competitive proposal processes.Ability to travel up to 30% of the time for site evaluations, pre-bid meetings, and client engagements. Preferred Qualifications: Hands-on experience with Accubid or similar electrical estimating software for cost estimation and bid management.Experience working with design-build contracts, EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects, and utility-scale electrical systems.Knowledge of battery energy storage systems (BESS), distributed energy resources (DER), and microgrid applications.Familiarity with public sector and private sector procurement processes, including RFPs and government-funded infrastructure projects.Advanced proficiency with Salesforce, SmartSheets, and digital collaboration tools for tracking and managing bid progress.Professional certifications such as Certified Professional Estimator (CPE), Electrical Estimating Professional (EEP), or PMP are a plus. Department/Unit SummaryJoin our team in a 9-bed Intensive Care Unit where you will provide compassionate care to patients alongside a dedicated team of Physicians, Advanced Practitioners, Registered Nurses and Certified Nursing Assistants. Our unit operates on a 2:1 ratio with two Hospitalists, a Pulmonologist and Telehealth intensivists for immediate support and manage a diverse range of diagnoses including respiratory failure, cardio/pulmonary disease, sepsis, and diabetic ketoacidosis (DKA). Responsibilities include comprehensive patient assessments, administering specialized treatments, monitoring critical conditions, and ensuring optimal patient outcomes.
