Overview: The Pharmacy Coordinator oversees clinical, operational, and regulatory processes to provide pharmaceutical care for an individual clinical pharmacy. This role holds the license for the clinical pharmacy. This role manages pharmacists that provide patient care that optimizes medication therapy and promotes health, wellness, and disease prevention. The Pharmacy Coordinator also evaluates the pharmacy processes in place and is responsible for optimizing them to improve the quality and efficiency of patient care.Talent Pool: Allied Health Responsibilities: Supervises the work of subordinate professional and technical pharmacy staff; scheduling, assigning, directing, and monitoring the quality and quantity of work performed.
