JOB DESCRIPTIONThe Airframe and Powerplant Technician III generally inspects, repairs, overhauls, upgrades and cleans aircraft. A&P’s also provide for the general and routine maintenance and do so in accordance with all Federal Aviation Administration regulations, all aircraft manufacturer's recommendation and all company policies and procedures. Overview: The Physical Therapist II evaluates patients conditions, develops personalized treatment plans, and implements therapeutic interventions to optimize functional abilities. This position is able to effectively and efficiently treat all patients in their clinical practice setting and complete all physical therapy job functions with minimal guidance. Responsibilities: Evaluates and treats all diagnoses and more complex patients.Conducts thorough evaluations of patients' physical abilities, medical history, and functional limitations to develop individualized treatment plans.Administers therapeutic exercises and other physical therapy interventions to improve patients' strength, flexibility, and range of motion.Educates patients and their families on treatment plans, home exercises, and self-management techniques to improve recovery outcomes.Collaborates with others in developing and implementing discharge plans and recommendations for continued care.Monitors and documents patients' progress, treatment outcomes, and responses to interventions so that treatment plans can be adjusted as needed.Collaborates on teams from different departments to ensure coordinated patient care and holistic treatment outcomes.Performs other duties as assigned. Overview: The Registered Nurse (RN) Specialty Coordinator provides patient care by coordinating resources and technical support. Working under close supervision, this role develops, evaluates, and assists with patient care, focusing on quality improvement, increased efficiency, cost reduction, and multidisciplinary problem solving.Talent Pool: Nursing Responsibilities: Supports the strategic success of the assigned specialty by recognizing opportunities for quality improvement and cost reduction.Examines therapeutic interventions for complex patient cases to evaluate responses to treatments and adjust care plans accordingly.Reviews team performance against department goals to provide effective feedback and mentoring.Organizes orientation, education, and clinical development activities for the department to align employee skills with patient needs.Develops department schedules and daily staffing operations for efficient patient throughput.Performs other duties as assigned.
