Overview: The Medical Laboratory Scientist Lead analyzes human samples, such as blood, tissue, and body fluids, to determine chemical content, cell count, drug levels, blood type, and the presence of microorganisms. This role is responsible for utilizing automated equipment and specialized instrumentation to prepare samples and perform multiple complex tests that provide valuable information on diseases.
