We strive to provide an exceptional experience to our customers at every touch point.A Brief OverviewA Roofing Install and Service Manager will supervise the work of a team of Roofing Install and Service Technicians, Leads and Supervisors. This position is responsible for overseeing the installation and service process in an efficient manner.What you will doFollow instructions from supervisor regarding installation of materials.Work with other installers to install products as assigned and trained.Follow manufacturer directions and warranty requirements when installing products.Track time and materials as required for each installation project.Maintain all equipment in good order and report any malfunctions to field supervisor.Operate all equipment in a safe and responsible manner.Follow all company policies and procedures.Provide quality customer service.Attend all training to learn new technology of building materials and installation methods as required by location management.Cross-train in other areas to expand knowledge and expertise.Retain an awareness of the work environment critical to the task at hand to produce error free and damage free results.Comply with Company's attendance policy by maintaining regular and predictable attendance.Other duties as assigned by field supervisor or location Management.Manage 10 or more associates (direct & indirect reports)Budgeting accountabilityHire/fire authorityGoal setting & communicationProvide performance feedbackRequired For All JobsPerform other duties as assigned.Comply with all policies and standards.Adheres to Company's commitment to workplace safety.Education QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED required.Experience Qualifications4+ years roofing installation/service experience required.Skills and AbilitiesSpecial skills required-Read and use a measuring tape and other required tools for complete installation.Good interpersonal skills, verbal and written skills and the ability to provide and/or follow detailed instructions.Excellent teamwork & customer relationshipsDemonstration of leadership (all required):• Mentor new associates• Willingness to train others• Safety committee engagement• Participation in US1 Continuous Improvement ProjectsTravel RequirementsWilling to travel as needed.SouthEnd Exteriors , a Division of US LBM Holdings, LLC, is an equal opportunity employer.
