Overview: The Medical Laboratory Scientist Lead analyzes human samples, such as blood, tissue, and body fluids, to determine chemical content, cell count, drug levels, blood type, and the presence of microorganisms. This role also guides less experienced team members through training, onboarding and answering questions.
