Install and Service assigned Invisible Fence® Brand Pet Containment Systems Effectively train Pets and Pet Owner how to use Invisible Fence® Brand solutions Maintain in good working order and cleanliness of all company vehicles and equipment assigned to Field Technician and report to General Manager any issue that requires additional maintenance Maintain Accurate Records Throughout the Install, Service and Train Process while adding install notes and multi-task between other systems, all accessible through a company provided smart phone
Schedule: Must be available to service the customer and take appointments between the hours of 8:00am - 6:00pm, Monday - Saturday, with last appointment availability starting at 6:00pm on a rotating schedule, 5 day work week including weekends if your rotation shift falls on a weekend. Must be available to work 2-3 Saturdays per month (50% Saturdays per month).

This includes electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, mechanical, and network sub-systems. The incumbent will be responsible to train and coordinating the efforts of Maintenance Specialist on other shifts and assist as necessary in troubleshooting and documentation of root cause failure analyses. Work by direction from the Maintenance Supervisor, Maintenance Planner, and/or Maintenance Manager, ensuring that the maintenance and production schedules are adhered to. Responsibilities:Maintain current documentation of all electrical and control systems including device hardware and software. Assist Mechanics and other Electro-Mechanics in troubleshooting and repair of electrical or controls-related failures.Train and coordinate activities of Electro-Mechanics on all shifts as necessary.Work from offsite locations occasionally to assist with equipment troubleshooting and repair.Maintain production equipment while running on a product production schedule. Perform electrical and mechanical inspection safely while equipment is in production. During equipment down days, the Electro-Mechanical Technician will work on the production lines taking care of any corrective, preventive, or scheduled repairs in accordance with the company and/or machine vender specification. In the event of an equipment breakdown, the Electro-Mechanical Technician will work alone or with a mechanic to determine the cause of the trouble, repair, and return the equipment back into production in the shortest time period. Complete assigned tasks in accordance with government codes and regulations, GMP, safety, quality control, company programs, and procedures.Primarily performs preventive, scheduled, or corrective repairs on batching and continuous process control systems, their networks, AC/DC and servo drives, pneumatics, hydraulics, and mechanical components. Maintain plant secondary systems for the supply of steam, hot and chilled water, pneumatic air, electrical power, refrigeration, HVAC, and emissions control (oxidation). The technician also plays a crucial part in maintaining compliance with safety and environmental regulations, participating in emergency response, and contributing to the facility's overall operational excellence.Responsibilities:Maintains the following equipment: Ammonia refrigeration system, Freon packaged refrigeration units and building heating and air conditioning equipment, high and low pressure steam boiler systems, thermal oil process boiler systems, hot water generator, thermal oxidizer, compressed air systems, electrical distribution equipment, building sprinkler systems, and any other supporting equipment as directed by management.Performs duties as assigned by the Utilities Supervisor, Systems Area Lead and/or Maintenance Supervisor.Ensures continuous operation of all the facility utility systems and peripheral equipment to support the requirements of the production schedule and facility conditions. This requires proper coordination of all operations and maintenance utilities equipment.Coordinates both internal and external resources for maintenance of the facility.Assists in the development of all environmental programs required from local, state, and federal agencies.Assists in the recordkeeping and training requirements for all components of the Process Safety Management/Risk (PSM/RMP management plans to achieve compliance with state and federal guidelines.Provides technical analysis and services to provide real-time data on the status of refrigeration and operational equipment.Takes a leadership role on the emergency response team in the event of the release of hazardous chemicals.Maintains boiler cooling tower chemistry to insure safe and proper boiler operation. Works with the water treatment supplier to assure the equipment is operating correctly.Assures the ammonia compressors are operating safely and efficiently to reduce energy consumption.Performs preventative maintenance on equipment to maintain good working conditions.Troubleshoots electrical, mechanical, hydraulics, pneumatics, and plumbing.
