The Staff Manufacturing Process Engineeris responsible for setting standards of process evaluation, establishing the strategic direction of factory and process roadmaps, driving implementation of new technologies, and helping define the metrics of success for Manufacturing Engineering. They serve as a technical and developmental mentor for the production engineering teams.
