The Senior Manager Omnichannel Strategy role, supporting Oncology, will lead the initiative to further embed omnichannel strategy and execution within the oncology franchise. This individual will excel at engaging cross-functionally (leadership, marketing, medical, patient access services and IS) to develop and execute an omnichannel plan that is fully aligned business unit and brand goals and objectives. Key skills include a solid understanding of omnichannel concepts, capabilities, technology and measurement best practices. This individual should also be motivated to maintain a strong working knowledge of the rapidly changing omnichannel marketing place and to serve as a subject matter expert to others in the organization.Essential Functions:Partner with the relevant brand teams to ensure a solid understanding of strategy especially related to promotional plansHelp evolve the Jazz technology landscape and roadmap to enable execution of omnichannel plans and tacticsPartner with brand teams and agencies to develop an omnichannel strategy, roadmap, and tactical plan. For this role, the full and complete base pay range is: $130,400.00 - $195,600.00Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, and other pertinent factors. The goal is to ensure fair and competitive compensation aligned with the candidate's expertise and contributions, within the established pay framework and our Total Compensation philosophy. Internal equity considerations will also influence individual base pay decisions.
