Here you won’t just “have a job,” you will be helping us to reshape the future of home services by providing reliable, best-in-class service to your neighbors in your community.What You’ll DoDiagnose, maintain, and repair equipment properly the first time he/she is at a customer’s locationBe neat and clean at all times and keeping his/her truck and equipment the sameAttend all training classes and training seminars to keep his/her expertise upgraded in his/her fieldAdhering to proper procedures in the use of paperwork (work order, return material tags, etc.)Take direction regarding scheduling from dispatcherKeeping the Dispatcher informed at all times as to “where he/she is”, “where he’s/she's been”, and “where he/she is going”Fill out service tickets for maintenance and service work while on the jobCollect payment for services rendered where requiredFollow through on job problemsKeep abreast of all company sales promotions and pricingTurn in all paperwork to office making sure it is filled out completely and accurately in the fieldResponsible for having all minimum required stock on truck at all timesRecommend/sell equipment, service agreements, and accessories when it is requested by the customer or is in the best interest of the customer to do soOther tasks as requested by the service manager, operations manager, or CEOWhat you need to succeed: EPA CertificationNATE certified or be working towards NATE certificationWork well under pressureMust have valid drivers’ license and a good driving recordMust have all required tools Ability to handle difficult customer/diagnostic issuesAdaptabilitythe individual adapts to changes in the work environment, manages competing demands and is able to deal with frequent change, delays or unexpected eventsGood communicator – works well with different customers and office personnel personality styles Physical Requirements:Physically able to work on HVAC units - Must be able to lift 50 pounds at a time.Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, crawling, or climbing ladders.Ability to work outside; exposed to heat and cold.Ability to hear and speak to exchange information.Why should you join our team We live our values - W.E.L.I.G.H.T (Winning, Excellence, Love, Integrity, Gratitude, Humility, and Teamwork).
