JOB DESCRIPTIONSignature’s Customer Service Representatives (CSR) are responsible for a variety of duties that contribute towards the overall success of the fixed base operation (FBO) and focus on consistently providing excellent customer service. A CSR often serves as the face of Signature while interacting with visitors and coworkers in a professional, friendly and courteous manner. CSRs ensure concierge and other services are promptly and correctly handled, provided and billed in accordance with Signature’s procedures. Although customer service is a top priority, a large number of the CSR’s daily tasks involve using a computer and require a high level of concentration to ensure accuracy in busy settings.A CSR is expected to:Work as part of a team to provide everyone with a friendly welcome to SignatureCollaborate, cooperate and work closely with all coworkers, customers and other visitors to ensure customer service needs are met. The duties of an aircraft refueler will consist of servicing aircraft and other equipment with aviation and automotive fuels with the use of tanker trucks, hydrant carts or tow carts. Aircraft refulers are required to position the fueling equipment next to the aircraft and service it with fuel following all Airline and Company policy and safety regulations at all times. Other duties related to the job are completing required paperwork such fuel service records, tanker sheets, truck sheets and meter tickets and the sumping of overnight aircraft as well as performing normal shop housekeeping duties.

Instructs patient in the skills and techniques required for participation in mobility activities and evaluates patient progress, attitudes, and behavior as related to rehabilitative potential.15. Performs routine reexamination as needed/required to modify/progress plan of treatment.16. Incorporates health and wellness programming into treatment plans for patients.17. Performs home and community mobility assessments and provides recommendations for safe mobility in the home and community space.18. Performs other related duties as required. Qualifications: 1. Maintains professional affiliations and any required certifications.
