Performs diagnostic x-ray procedures not involving fluoroscopy. Assists physicians during fluoroscopic and invasive radiology procedures. Functions in the operating room to provide diagnostic x-ray coverage. Lifts and moves patients with assistance. Operates all stationary and mobile x-ray equipment available to the Medical Imaging department.Notifies supervisor of equipment deficiencies. Develops x-rays and assists in maintaining processing equipment by assuring that chemical solutions are kept at prescribed levels.Maintains assigned x-ray room. Assist with training new personnel on responsibilities in the laboratory; evaluate progress of training; make recommendations for training methods and contentEvaluation.
