The Bilingual Preshool Clerk works directly and collaboratively with the Preschool Evaluation Liaison throughout the evaluation process; responsible for gathering pertinent information from parents, school districts, Early Intervention Service Coordinators, and healthcare providers beginning the evaluation process. The clerk assigns evaluations to various providers for assessment (occupational therapists, special educators, physical therapists, speech/language/feeding therapists, and translators). The clerk tracks all incoming evaluations and other necessary paperwork to facilitate the completion of the 30-day evaluation process.In addition, the clerk monitors and forwards the paperwork requirements involving evaluations, and billing (STAC) for students receiving services under CPSE (Committee on Preschool Special Education) through Metro Therapy, Inc.
