You will direct and monitor the care provided by CNAs and consistently ensure proper documentation and recording is taking place. Your ability to lead is crucial in both the success of the CNAs and the care of the patients.DeMay Living Center, connected to Newark-Wayne Community Hospital is a 180 bed skilled nursing facility providing 24-hour care to people and their families in need of rehabilitative, complex post-acute, transitional, neurobehavioral and long term care. We also provide a safe, comforting setting for people experiencing symptoms of dementia. Administer medication and give/receive relevant reports, both written and verbal from/to appropriate staff as per departmental protocolsDocumentation.
