About the teamThe StreetEasy Marketing team is responsible for attracting, engaging and nurturing home shoppers, as well as connecting them with our outstanding network of agents to provide a guided experience that enables more people to make NYC home. Our Head of Marketing is looking for a visionary creative leader to help usher in the next chapter of StreetEasy’s brand evolution.About the roleThis transformative role will lead our in-house Design and Copy team and own the voice, look, and feel of StreetEasy. As Creative Director, you’ll partner with Marketing and Design leaders to leverage brand strategy, copy and design to improve the customer experience. Strong candidates will have extensive experience crafting and optimizing creative strategies and campaigns that grow brand affinity and product adoption.You will lead the creative direction of the iconic and celebrated annual StreetEasy brand campaign in partnership with an agency. And you’ll lead a hardworking, tight-knit team of four (2 copywriters and 2 designers), guiding them in the development of actionable creative strategies across customer and partner touch points on and offsite and across paid and owned channels, including: email, direct mail, events, social media, video, sales collateral, site/app integrations and more. This base pay range is specific to California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Nevada, New York, Washington state, and Washington DC and may not be applicable to other locations.In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location.
