Job SummaryUnder the direct supervision of the Registered Nurse and utilizing the nursing process, provides care to patients in accordance with their developmental needs, following the standards of the Department of Nursing and in accordance with hospital policy and procedure.Core Job ResponsibilitiesPerform complete assessment data collection, under the supervision of an RN and / or provider, on all patients Assess and reassess pain.
