Unit Description: The Alice Center's Skilled Nursing Facility offers 24-hour nursing services and a full range of rehabilitation services in a caring, home-like environment. The Licensed Practical Nurse shall be responsible for: Monitoring that Plan of Care is being followed by clinical staff under their supervision; Supervise certified nurse aides or unlicensed assistive personnel Provide supervision, coordination, and evaluation of assigned unit health care team and services.Department: Skilled Nursing FacilityEducation: Currently licensed as a Practical Nurse in New York State.Experience: 1 year experience preferred. Computer skills required.
