We are currently seeking an energetic and motivated Junior Estimator to help us achieve our mission. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact while growing your career in the construction industry.
Job Duties: Analyze blueprints, specifications, proposals, and other documentation to prepare accurate time, bid cost and labor estimates for products, projects, or services. Communicate effectively with prime contractors, project owners and internal teams to ensure alignment on project details. Prepare contracts and associated forms while becoming familiar with customer requirements. Assist in maintaining accurate cost data and project records. Support senior estimators and project managers in developing competitive bids. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications: Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year of related experience/training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Proficiency in using Heavy Bid software or similar estimating tools. Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to interpret blueprints and technical documents. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with contractors, project owners, and colleagues. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and other relevant software. A proactive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn.
