Job Duties:
Performing general labor tasks such as loading and unloading materials. Operating a variety of hand tools (powered and unpowered) to complete tasks safely and efficiently. Installing guardrails, signs and related products as directed by the Foreman and/or crew leader. Assisting with the cleaning and organization of project sites and yard areas. Directing traffic at project sites (if qualified and licensed). Lifting and moving materials up to 50 lbs regularly as part of daily tasks. Working collaboratively with other team members to meet deadlines and achieve project goals. Following all company safety policies and contributing to a safe work environment.

Qualifications: No prior experience required - this is an entry-level position. Training will be provided. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks in a fast-paced environment. Job Duties: Analyze blueprints, specifications, proposals, and other documentation to prepare accurate time, bid cost and labor estimates for products, projects, or services. Communicate effectively with prime contractors, project owners and internal teams to ensure alignment on project details. Prepare contracts and associated forms while becoming familiar with customer requirements. Assist in maintaining accurate cost data and project records. Support senior estimators and project managers in developing competitive bids. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications: Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year of related experience/training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Proficiency in using Heavy Bid software or similar estimating tools. Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to interpret blueprints and technical documents. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with contractors, project owners, and colleagues. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and other relevant software. A proactive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn.
