Job SummaryThe Licensed Practical Nurse- NYSUT (VNA) is responsible for performing tasks and responsibilities within the framework of health teaching, health counseling, and provision of supportive and restorative care as directed by the Registered Professional Nurse.Core Job ResponsibilitiesAssists in provision of nursing care to the home health patient. Collaborates with the patient's primary case manager and other members of the health care team.
