Provide initial and ongoing assessment for clients in order to determine diagnosis and appropriate level of careCounseling. Provide individual, family and group counseling, which engages and motivates clients throughout treatmentPlanning. Develop treatment plans that are individualized and culturally sensitiveEducation & Communication.
