Flatiron Construction is seeking a dynamic Preconstruction Manager to manage preconstruction activities for one or more projects, including estimating, design development and client relations during the pursuit and preconstruction contract phases. This is an exciting opportunity to join an established and expanding organization in the successful execution of award-winning projects.Manages project pursuits by working closely with proposal manager, lead estimator, business development manager and project sponsor.
