The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Utilities domain and will be responsible for designing and implementing cutting-edge technology solutions that drive efficiency and innovation within our organization. Responsibilities CCaaS Architect-AWS Connect, Talkdesk :, Genesys. Cloud Contact center, design, plan, implement. Contact center flow develop, Visio, MS Projects Lead the design and implementation of technology solutions using Genesys AWS Nice and Service Cloud Voice to meet business requirements. 15-20 years Experienced Architect in designing solutions on Cloud Native CCaaS platforms like Talkdesk, AWS Oversee the integration of various technology platforms to ensure seamless communication and data flow. Provide technical expertise and guidance to development teams to ensure best practices are followed. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions. Develop and maintain architecture documentation to support project planning and execution. Conduct regular assessments of existing systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization. Ensure that all technology solutions comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Manage the deployment of new technologies and ensure smooth transition with minimal disruption to operations. Monitor system performance and implement necessary upgrades to maintain optimal functionality. Provide training and support to team members to enhance their technical skills and knowledge. Work closely with project managers to ensure timely delivery of technology solutions within budget. Participate in strategic planning sessions to align technology initiatives with business goals. Drive innovation by staying updated with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies. Qualifications Possess a deep understanding of Genesys AWS Nice and Service Cloud Voice technologies.
