Job SummaryThe physical therapist (PT) is responsible for Examination, Evaluation, Diagnosis, Prognosis, Intervention and the Outcomes of the patient/client as described in the New York State Physical Therapy Practice Act and Guide to Physical Therapy Practice (APTA, 2003).
