Valid driver’s license—no CDL required (License type varies by state) Pass the DOT physical Excellent customer service and driving skills Legal right to work in the U.S. Casual Package Delivery Drivers are expected to comply with UPS appearance guidelines and wear the company-provided uniform Part-time UPS drivers work 3.5 to 5 hours per day, either early morning or afternoon depending on the needs of the operations. Schedules will vary either Monday - Friday or Tuesday – Saturday.
