Instructs patients and family members / caregivers in physical therapy procedures and self-care techniques. Directs care that is provided by the physical therapy assistant by providing oversight. Performs discharge planning and documentation to provide discharge instructions and maintain post-discharge continuity of care. Consults with physicians and other health care professionals regarding treatments, progress, patient needs, and outcomes. Participates in self and others' education, training and development, as applicable .Performs any other related duties as assigned. Additional documentation that is not performed during evaluation and treatment sessions. PAY RANGE:$39.00 - $52.00The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for a successful full time applicant. It may be modified in the future and eligible for additional pay components.
