What you will doResponsible for project estimating and design, throughout the sales process from inception through contract signature for the project portfolio within the Upstate New York Area team working directly for the Development Manager of that area. Responsible for projects within the local geography as assigned by the Development Manager, determining resource levels to attain schedule milestones and monitors workforce levels to ensure conformance with the construction delivery plan.
