Ready to design what is next In this role, you will be responsible for ADP’s Service Technology across all product portfolio for 1Million customers of all sizes for human resources, compensation, employee engagement, talent management, benefits, and more. You will lead a team of 4-7 product managers, and work closely with multiple ADP tech teams of developers, user experience experts, and others, in addition to clients and business leaders, to set the strategic product foundation to achieve market success. The role will lead the team of product managers who are responsible for working with various Business Unit leaders, vertical product teams which embed shared services, Sales and Service Leaders, Developers and Product Managers across the business to ensure vision/strategy is aligned and is being applied consistently in all markets. You'll also be accountable for something else significant: the uncompromising quality of our products. Senior Leaders and business partners to gain alignment and a consistent strategy across all markets. You will make them easier to use and help our clients stay compliant, manage costs, and save time. Your day-to-day will focus on product delivery and innovation with engineers, architects, your product management team, and clients to create easy-to-use, elegant solutions that present a seamless client experience. WHAT YOU'LL DO: Here is what you can expect on a typical day: Develop and articulate a sharp vision and strategy for the Salesforce service cloud/Gen AI platform, aligning with the company’s overall goals and objectives.Lead and build the product management team, setting objectives, reviewing performances, and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.Own the product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on market research, competitive analysis, customer feedback, and technical feasibility.Collaborate with engineering and data science leaders to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products that align with the product vision and market demands.Partner with sales and marketing to define go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and key messages that resonate with target audiences.Engage with customers and key stakeholders to gather insights, validate concepts, and identify opportunities for product enhancements and innovation.Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory landscapes to ensure the AI platform remains competitive and compliant.Drive product launches, coordinating across teams to ensure successful execution and market adoption.Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and in media interviews, highlighting our AI platform and thought leadership in the field. TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 12 years of experience in technical product management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing product teams.Extensive experience working in Salesforce Service Cloud and AI/ML space including strong technical background and ability to interface with engineers and data scientists in the space.Proven record of accomplishment of developing and launching successful Salesforce Service Cloud and AI/machine learning products.Deep understanding of AI technologies, market dynamics, and customer needs.Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable plans.Excellent leadership and team-building abilities, with a passion for mentoring and developing talent.Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the capability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.Willingness to travel as needed to engage with customers, partners, and teams.
