Overview: Accounts Payable SupervisorDublin, OH (In-Office)The Community Choice Financial® Family of Brands is seeking an Accounts Payable Supervisor. The Accounts Payable Supervisor is responsible for computing, classifying, and recording numerical data to keep financial records complete including the posting of monthly journal entries. Perform any combination of routine calculating, posting, and verifying duties to obtain primary financial data for use in maintaining accounting records. Ensure the accuracy of figures, calculations, and postings pertaining to business transactions recorded by other workers. Supervise and coordinate the activities of accounts payable staff. Enforce policy and procedures. Create a positive, respectful, friendly environment among peers, superiors and customers. Responsibilities: Operate 10-key calculators, computers, and copy machines to perform calculations and produce documents. Operate computers programmed with accounting software to record, store, and analyze information. Process monthly journal entries in specialized accounting software.Check figures, postings, and documents for correct entry, mathematical accuracy, and proper codes. Approve accounts payable voucher packets prior to submitting to management for final approval.Communicate with field staff to rectify discrepancies when necessary.Access computerized financial information to answer general questions as well as those related to specific accounts. Process and reconcile Check and ACH runs.Set up and manage vendors.Manage year end 1099 process.Manage miscellaneous check deposit process.Manage employee credit card review and posting of credit card transactions to journal ledger.Comply with federal, state, and company policies, procedures, and regulations.May complete special projects as assigned by Corporate Controller and Chief Financial Officer. The Flagger is responsible for directing the flow of traffic around construction sites, road maintenance areas, and other work zones. This role involves setting up and taking down traffic control signs, cones, and barricades to ensure the safety of workers and the public. The Flagger uses hand signals, signs, and other traffic control devices to communicate with motorists and guide them safely through or around the work area. The position requires excellent attention to detail, the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, and the capability to stand for extended periods.
Set up signs, cones, and other traffic control devices around work areas to divert traffic. Effectively manage traffic flow with stop/slow paddles. Maintain clear and effective communication with team members using two-way radios. Regularly required to stand and walk and reach with hands and arms for up to 10 hours a day. Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, and move items over 50 pounds. Drive company vehicles to transport traffic control equipment to and from job sites. Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure vehicles are in good working condition. Regularly exposed to outside weather conditions, moving equipment and machinery parts, moving traffic, fumes, and airborne particles. Noise level of the work environment is usually moderate to loud. We’re rapidly expanding and we need great people to join our team.The Clinical Director will directly supervise and train primary care providers (PCPs) in his/her assigned center. The incumbent in this role is accountable for maximizing overall core model execution, including improving clinical quality, efficiency, outcomes, and clinician/patient satisfaction. In addition to being accountable for the overall clinical outcomes of his/her assigned center, they will have a portion of their time allocated to direct patient care as a PCP and/or other clinical duties (amount dependent on number of direct reports). The remainder of their time is allocated to leadership responsibilities, including PCP performance, engagement, and building a strong clinical-operations synergy and culture. The allocation of time is dependent on several factors, including PCP capacity, market needs, size of centers, patient membership, and Market Clinical Director direction.ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:Independently provides care for patients with acute and chronic illnesses encountered in older adult patients.Takes full accountability for patient care and outcomes and appropriately seeks consultation from specialists when needed, though will still stay involved in, and be responsible for, the detailed care of the patient.Engages with the hospitalist whenever one of their patients is in the hospital (regardless of whether the hospitalist works for ChenMed or not).Responsible for assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management, education, health promotion and care coordination and documentation for patients with acute and complex chronic health needs.Leads their care team consisting of care promoter (medical assistant), care facilitator, and care coordinator for patients able to come to the office.For patients that are unable to come to the officein hospital, SNF, LTC or homebound, engages with the transitional care team and others including case managers, acute and transitional-care physicians, and other resources that may be available depending on the market.Leads Super Huddle (SH) and Transforming Care Meeting (TCM) weekly, as well as supports Center Manager/Center General Manager center clinical leader and/or market clinical leader is not available, based on guidance from Market Chief Medical Officer. Fills in as needed for center clinical leadership needs, including monitoring daily center census as part of joint center accountability for outcomes.Plays an active role in the management of their center and helps cover for other providers who may be out for various reasons. It is also expected that each Clinical Director will take an active role as needed in recruiting patients for the center and recruiting and interviewing additional providers for the company.Managing, mentoring and coaching PCPs in his/her assigned center to deliver outstanding clinical outcomes, including sampling other PCP’s daily huddles within their centerLeadership rounding with the PCPs (reduced involvement of market clinical leader)Partnering with Center Operations Director/Market General Manager to drive continued improvement of center financial performance, and helping increase center membershipPerforms other duties as assigned and modified at manager’s discretion.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, plus a variety of other applications used in the companyAbility and willingness to travel locally as needed in their market, if applicable, nationally for initial training (2 weeks) and then occasionally regionally and nationally for recruiting or training purposesFluency in English, verbal and written.
