KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering 5+ years of experience with demonstrated technical knowledge of circuits and mechanical aspects of resistive products or instrument design. RF circuit design, troubleshoot, and analysis to resolve problems and improve product quality and/or functionality. Familiarity with electronic manufacturing processes, particularly Surface Mount Technology (SMT) and final assembly test. Good troubleshooting and "bench skills." Inspect welds to ensure they meet quality standards, checking for defects and strength. Keep the workspace clean and organized, adhering to safety regulations.
