Patches or replaces plaster or plaster board and paints walls, ceilings, and trim of building. Performs battery change on power equipment. Clears clogged drains and replaces plumbing fixtures. Requisitions new materials, tools, and supplies as needed. Cleans work area, tools, and equipment. Performs other special projects or duties as assigned.
