Leer e interpretar planos utilizando tolerancias convencionales y geomtricas. Ajustar velocidades y avances para maximizar la productividad del mecanizado. Mecanizar piezas con tolerancias estrechas (.001") a partir de materia prima y/o piezas de fundicin de la manera ms eficiente, comprendiendo al mismo tiempo los requisitos de seguridad y calidad. Operar/mecanizar piezas segn sea necesario para cumplir las especificaciones de los planos. Requisitos: Bachillerato o equivalente. Experiencia en corte de metal con mquinas CNC o manuales. Capacidad para medir con precisin las tolerancias utilizando micrmetros, calibres, tri-mics, etc. Capacidad para trabajar en 2 o 3er turno. Conocimientos de informtica. Conocimientos de diseo y preparacin de piezas de fundicin y materias primas. Capacidad para leer y seguir hojas de ruta y planos. Buen trato con las personas. Conocimiento del producto/proceso. Espritu emprendedor. Alto nivel de organizacin. Experiencia / habilidades preferidas: Preferiblemente certificados tcnicos o vocacionales en CNC o Mecanizado Manual. Capacidad para trabajar horas extras cuando sea necesario. Se valorar la capacidad de programacin, aunque no es obligatoria.
