What you’ll do: Plans, develops, writes, revises, documents, tests, implements and controls programs for computer numerically controlled (CNC) machines and related fixturing. This specialized training is often formalized and recognized by a specific certificate, diploma, or license. Thorough understanding of repair design and development engineering manufacturing process, tool design, and fabrication methods and processes.Strong organizational, analytical, and oral and written communication skills.Thorough knowledge of computer aided design and manufacturing (CAD/CAM) systems. Master-CAM a plus.Ability to read, understand, and interpret blueprints.Familiarity with Fanuc and Haas controls and the ability to program at the machine, as needed.Prior experience as a machinist or toolmaker is preferred.High School Diploma or equivalentMinimum 3 to 5 years relevant experience.Experience with Microsoft Office is a plus.College diploma in manufacturing technology or a related discipline; or equivalent is a plus.Must be a US Citizen or a US Permanent Resident per ITAR regulations.
