Lutheran Hospital’s 4D Medical/Surgical & Telemetry unit is looking to add a Registered Nurse (RN) Resident to their multi-disciplinary team of caregivers. This nursing unit provides cardiac, respiratory, gastrointestinal, genitourinary, neurological, infectious disease, substance abuse, behavioral health, pre-operative and post-operative care. Known for exceeding patients’ expectations and high-quality patient care, you’ll be joining a collaborative team where caregivers function as one team and patients are put first. As an RN Resident, you will participate in a year-long residency program, customized to fit you, your needs and your pace, where you will provide direct nursing care, be paired with a coach that guides you toward success, develop clinical judgement, cultivate excellent communication skills and acquire complex nursing skills.
