This includes tooling selection, tooling controller programming, complex problem solving, countermeasure development, and GALC system loading/updating.Key AccountabilitiesMaintain and optimize Mass Production DC tools through torque data analysis (CP, CPK, TRPU), equipment management, and countermeasure activity for daily torque/GALC issues.Countermeasure and communicate daily production issues related to torque and lot control .(analyze torque/angle data to understand process capability, review torque/part related drawings to drive counter measure activity)Maintain activity tracking database daily providing communication between shifts on important tool related issuesLead department regarding calibration requirements.
