Responsibilities include:Lead and manage complex problem solving analysis, investigations, report writing, and containment/repair activity utilizing quality engineering principles (Complex Analysis) Perform technical in-depth analysis related to mass production processes to minimize customer concerns (Line Call Support) Identify reoccurring problems and conduct design problem analysis to solve the issues (24 Point, Comp, WB Accuracy Reporting) Review new model drawings/parts and identify actual and potential problems, clarify and review with applicable departments, implement countermeasures to avoid problem occurrence at mass production (New Model Equipment Counter Measure Activity) Analyze proposed countermeasures, judge their effectiveness once implemented, and manage change point control (MQS Review and Reporting) Develop scorecard materials on monthly basis related to quality standards Lead design activity with related departments groups, suppliers, and R&D to confirm design verses actual manufacturing condition and whether that design is acceptable based on past problem history.
