The Sherwin-Williams Finance & Accounting Full-Time Development Program is designed to provide you with hands-on experience in core finance and accounting. The 12-month program features rotational finance and accounting experiences with cross-functional exposure to all the Finance Networks within Sherwin-Williams to develop the foundation for what it takes to become a successful leader in our organization. This program is scheduled to begin in June of 2025.
