This includes measuring the effectiveness of the program and implementing enhancements to improve the program.There are three PE Coordinators within MPL, who share responsibilities of the program. The PE Coordinators report to the Right of Way and Public Engagement Manager within MPL’s Field Services and Planning organization. PE Coordinators interact regularly with Damage Prevention, Right of Way Services, Operations Personnel, Corporate Communications, Legal, Graphic Services, industry groups, external vendors and many others within MPL.This position is part of a progression. Other grade levels may be considered, pending candidate experience. Key ResponsibilitiesParticipate in MPL’s Process Performance and Planning process to drive continual improvement of the program. This includes compilation and analysis of key performance indicators, stakeholder feedback, incident data, and other performance assessment methods necessary for identifying gaps in current program.Develop and execute various stakeholder engagement plans, based on risk, to ensure that thoughtful engagement is happening with our highest risk stakeholders.Assist in executing of existing stakeholder engagement plans for New Neighbors, Tribal Communities, Farmers and Drain Tilers, Irrigation, City and Municipality Public Works, LA Basin Community and Emergency RespondersExecute and support the Public Awareness Program according to guidelines of American Petroleum Institute’s (API) Recommended Practice 1162.
