This position plays an important role in providing exceptional customer service by maintaining accurate customer orders, assisting customers by phone and in person, and supporting the daily operations of the office. Responsibilities: Prepare invoices for deliveries Enter and maintain customer tickets and orders Maintain load lists, invoices, pick reports, route list
