By leveraging 3D CAD software and simulation tools, they will need to identify key change points and summarize into a specification that fixes design requirements. This individual will be asked to drive forward projects and activity as functional Project Leader, PIC, or Subject Matter Expert, from inception through the handoff to final design/assy. They will be asked to focus on characteristic improvements, which align with the Business Unit strategy and regional goals.
