We are seeking skilled MIG Welders to join our team. Candidates must have 2+ years of proven experience and pass a MIG Pressure Test. This role demands precision, attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols.
Shift Available: 1st, 2nd & 3rd
Schedule: Monday - Friday working 10 hours per day and some Saturdays
Expected hours: 40 - 55 per week
Perform MIG welding with precision, ensuring strong welds on various metal types.
Read and follow blueprints, drawings and specifications.
Set up and maintain welding equipment, performing safety checks before and after use.
Fabricate and assemble metal parts using appropriate welding techniques.
Inspect welds to ensure they meet quality standards, checking for defects and strength.
Keep the workspace clean and organized, adhering to safety regulations.
Use cutting tools and related equipment as needed.
Operate forklifts and overhead cranes (training provided).

Qualifications:
Minimum of 2+ years of MIG welding experience required, 4+ years preferred.
Successfully pass a MIG pressure test.
Set up and operate your own welding machine independently.
Skilled in using power tools and other related equipment.
Expertise in MIG welding tools and techniques with a keen eye for detail.
Knowledge of various metals and welding processes.
Strong grasp of safety protocols for welding and shop operations.
Flexibility to work overtime when needed.
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
