Job SummaryReporting to the Human Resources Manager onsite at our Archbold, Ohio plant location, you will provide Human Resources support to assigned teams, including recruitment and retention, staffing and orientation, employee relations, project management and training, and assisting in the coordination of human resource planning projects. 5+ years related experience.You will:Provide daily business HR partnership and consultation for assigned teams and leadership.Provide coaching and advice to management on ways to administer HR programs and manage and resolve complex employee issues.Lead the implementation of approved employee relations' policies, providing support to our leadership team.Lead overall organization of Human Resource programs within the assigned department, including EEO, unemployment, litigation, retention, termination, and turnover issues.Partner with HR peers, corporate HR and other business support teams including Staffing, Compensation, Payroll, Benefits, Finance and Legal.Influence business leaders through coaching and partnership.Implement approved programs and policies to ensure enhancement and acceptance of diversity and proper EEO/AAP legal compliance.Facilitate, in partnership with our staffing organization and external partners, recruitment pipeline for current openings, candidate selection and future talent needs.Lead the plant's internal bid review process including interviewing and selection.Design and implement ad hoc reporting, conduct analysis and draw conclusions that help make business decisions.You Have:Bachelor's degree in Human ResourcesPHR/SHRM-CP or advanced degree5+ years of experience in Human Resources; Labor relations experienceDemonstrated experience with ERISA, EEOC and DOL regulations, employment sourcing, communications, human relations, and management skillsDemonstrated experience with benefits and compensation administration, market pricing, labor law, and organizational development.Demonstrated experience managing projects.Experience with Workday or other HRIS.Experience with conflict management and mediation.Number of Days in Office: 5Relocation assistance is available for this position.
