This is an Overnight Shift position, 5pm-5am working on a 2-2-3 12-hour schedule with every other weekend off. The position starts at a rate of $35.91.On our Reliability team, you will have the opportunity to work on electrical systems, pneumatic equipment, hydraulic machinery, and even fabrication tasks.You will collaborate closely with other team members - together, we keep our production lines running efficiently. A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing Ensuring Performance Efficiency–Managing machine performance byresponding to equipment breakdowns, electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, finding-fixing defects, and conducting Break Down Elimination on failures.Preventative Maintenance–Equipment inspections, lubrication, oil analysis, IR Electrical imaging, Ultra-sonic testing, Motor Amp readings, temperature measurements and time based rebuilds.Safely Execute–Understanding, following, and enforcing all established safety, health, and quality procedures to drive forward production.Provide Top Notch Customer Service–Establishing rapport with business partners across the plant floor to solve problems with a strong sense of urgency with a common goal.We’re Looking for Someone WithEffective communication, basic computer software knowledge, interpersonal and organizational skillsSitting, standing, walking, lifting (50lbs), and/or repetitive tasks throughout the dayPrevious experience as a mechanic in a food manufacturing settingExperience in troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance on packaging and processing equipmentSkills working with electronic controls, PLC’s, VFD’s, Servo Motors,Knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systemsPrevious metal fabrication and/or machining experienceWhat’s NextApplications for this position will be accepted through April 17, 2025.
