Achieving quality and productivity in a safe work environmentParticipating in the evaluation of new employees and employees who accept posted bid jobs providing input to SupervisionIdentifying critical control points in the processTroubleshooting processesLearning USDA guidelines and requirementsLearning all production departments and how they operate and functionOther duties as assignedThis is a safety sensitive position.
