The Flagger is responsible for directing the flow of traffic around construction sites, road maintenance areas, and other work zones. This role involves setting up and taking down traffic control signs, cones, and barricades to ensure the safety of workers and the public. The Flagger uses hand signals, signs, and other traffic control devices to communicate with motorists and guide them safely through or around the work area. The position requires excellent attention to detail, the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, and the capability to stand for extended periods.
Job Duties:
Set up signs, cones, and other traffic control devices around work areas to divert traffic. Effectively manage traffic flow with stop/slow paddles. Maintain clear and effective communication with team members using two-way radios. Regularly required to stand and walk and reach with hands and arms for up to 10 hours a day. Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, and move items over 50 pounds. Drive company vehicles to transport traffic control equipment to and from job sites. Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure vehicles are in good working condition. Regularly exposed to outside weather conditions, moving equipment and machinery parts, moving traffic, fumes, and airborne particles. Noise level of the work environment is usually moderate to loud. Adhere to all Company Policies and Procedures. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications: Valid Driver’s License. Must pass a background check, including motor vehicle records check. Must successfully pass a drug test and meet federal DOT requirements. Additionally, we provide an excellent benefits package including health insurance and a 401K savings plan.Key responsibilities: Day-Shift Maintenance MechanicPerform all duties following Primient’s safety procedures.Install machinery and equipment using equipment and tools such as hoists, lifting equipment, hand tools, and power tools. Dismantles machines, moves machinery, and equipment using the above-mentioned items.Precision alignment of machines and equipment using equipment and tools such as hoists, jacks, hand tools, scales, rules, micrometers, precision levels, plumb bobs, dial indicators and laser alignment tools.Repair, perform preventative maintenance and inspection on industrial equipment such as pumps, gear boxes, fans, conveyors, and packaging equipment.Perform building and grounds maintenance.Fabricate, install, maintain, and repair utility, process and sanitary piping and plumbing systems. Install new equipment for roll-outs of new menu items. Responsibilities: Installation and troubleshoot refrigeration equipment, HVAC unit, duct work, food service equipment, hood systems and shelving according to action plan and quality standards. Balancing of HVAC systems, fryer hood, and dishwasher hood.Schedule and coordinate all equipment installation activities when crew leader is unavailable.Conform to all safety regulations.Raise and install evaporator cold weighing 50pounds at a height of approximately eight feet.Unload trucks and transport up to 125 lbs. over uneven surfaces.Have all necessary tools and materials required to complete job.Be able to read, write, and follow instructions, such as blueprints, floor plans, wiring diagrams.
