We see a wide variety of needs. Our patient population come in with CHF, Renal failure, Dialysis, COPD, Pneumonia, chest pain, and we also house Covid. Our pediatric population includes RSV, UTI, oral surgeries and appendectomies.We have many skills that you would be able to obtain while on the unit. PIV and Foley catheters are common on our unit. We also see PICC lines, PEG tubes and NGT.Patients are generally here for 2-4 days in acute care.
