Performs preventative maintenance, repairs and installs materials to ensure proper operation and upkeep of facilities, general electric and plumbing systems.1. Performs regularly scheduled preventative maintenance on electrical and plumbing systems within facility to ensure proper upkeep of equipment.2. Performs general carpentry, painting, electrical, welding, plumbing and HVAC installations as required.3. Installs and repairs DC storage racks as required.4.
